Harrowsoft makes business software. This page says what we keep, why, and how to get rid of it.

Your account

We keep your email address, your name if you give one, a one-way hash of your password, and the organization and projects you create. We use these to run your account and to send the emails you ask for.

Data you send to our products

When your applications send events, user IDs or attributes to a Harrowsoft product, that data belongs to you. We store it to provide the product to you and for nothing else. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

Choose what you send. Most of our products work with an opaque ID, with no names or email addresses. Products that message people, like EngageMage, need the address you want to reach.

AI features

When you use an AI feature, the question you ask and the project data needed to answer it are sent to Anthropic, which provides the model. AI features only run when you use them or turn on automation for a specific item.

Cookies

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Taking your data with you, or deleting it

You can export your data from your project settings at any time. You can also delete a project or your whole account there. Deleting removes the data from our live systems straight away, and from backups within 30 days.

Where it is kept

Our servers are in Germany, with Hetzner. Email is sent through an email provider, and AI requests go to Anthropic in the United States.
