These terms apply when you use a Harrowsoft product. By creating an account you agree to them.

Early access

Our products are in early access and free to use while they are. Features can change, and we may set limits on usage to keep the service healthy for everyone. We'll tell you before we start charging, and you can leave with your data at any time.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the product to you. You're responsible for having the right to send us that data, and for complying with the laws that apply to it, including privacy laws where your users live.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products to break the law, to harm others, to attack or overload our systems, or to get around the limits on your account. We may suspend accounts that do.

If a product sends messages for you, only message people who agreed to hear from you, and honor opt-outs. Don't use it for spam.

AI features

AI features can make mistakes. If you let an AI make changes on your behalf, those changes are yours: review what it proposes, and check its work on anything important. Every AI action is recorded in your audit log.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never fail, and you shouldn't rely on it as your only copy of anything important.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Harrowsoft isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the product and delete your account at any time. We may end service with reasonable notice, and we'll give you time to export your data.
