Early access

SupportDesk is free during early access. It's new and still changing. We'll tell you before anything you rely on changes, and before we start charging.

Your content

What you put in SupportDesk stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service for you.

Fair use

Don't use SupportDesk to send spam, to break the law, or to get at anyone else's data. We limit how much email each workspace can send, and we may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk.

No warranty

We work hard to keep SupportDesk running and your data safe, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees, and our liability is limited as far as the law allows. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose: Settings has a one-click download.
